ASCL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC17A9, DNAJC3, and TXNDC15. Each is linked with ASCL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCL2-to-partner and partner-to-ASCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
