ASCL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,382 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLIN3, PHC1_S664, and SERPINB1. Each is linked with ASCL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCL1-to-partner and partner-to-ASCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASCL1 versus PLIN3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
