ASCL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,669 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS2, SDR39U1, and RBM23. Each is linked with ASCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCL1-to-partner and partner-to-ASCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASCL1 versus LGALS2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
