ASCL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA1C and SCGB1C1. Each is linked with ASCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCL1-to-partner and partner-to-ASCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA1C grouped by ASCL1-low versus ASCL1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
