ASCC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,900 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRKL, TBC1D10A, and PITPNB. Each is linked with ASCC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC2-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASCC2 versus CRKL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
