ASCC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,843 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASCC3, SCUBE2, and CCNC. Each is linked with ASCC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC2-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASCC2 versus ASCC3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
