ASCC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,637 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6731, RPL39P31, and LACTB. Each is linked with ASCC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC2-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6731 grouped by ASCC2-low versus ASCC2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
