ASCC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,520 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX50, KIFBP, and MCMBP. Each is linked with ASCC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC1-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASCC1 versus DDX50 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
