ASCC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,507 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASCC3, CEP68, and STRBP. Each is linked with ASCC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC1-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASCC1 versus ASCC3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
