Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,496 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASB9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB41, TRMT10A, and PDP1. Each is linked with ASB9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB9-to-partner and partner-to-ASB9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB9 versus RAB41 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
