Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,091 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3169, RNY1P7, and NDE1P2. Each is linked with ASB9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB9-to-partner and partner-to-ASB9 results are reported.
