Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASB9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,785 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASB9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine deoxyribonucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process, DTMP biosynthetic process, and Nucleus organization. Each is linked with ASB9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB9-to-partner and partner-to-ASB9 results are reported.
