ASB8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,698 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB5B, ZNF598, and SENP1. Each is linked with ASB8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB8-to-partner and partner-to-ASB8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB8 versus RAB5B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
