ASB8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ34, RNA5SP86, and MIR6842. Each is linked with ASB8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB8-to-partner and partner-to-ASB8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ34 grouped by ASB8-low versus ASB8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
