ASB7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,648 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32A, TP53BP1, and TP53BP1_S1114. Each is linked with ASB7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB7-to-partner and partner-to-ASB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
