ASB7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,902 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC12A6, ZNF124, and WNK4. Each is linked with ASB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB7-to-partner and partner-to-ASB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
