Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASB6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ASB6 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ASB6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASB6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and LUAD are the cancer types where ASB6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
