ASB6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,377 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C9orf78, FUBP3, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with ASB6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB6-to-partner and partner-to-ASB6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB6 versus C9orf78 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
