ASB5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,700 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPEG_S2410, SYNM, and SYNM_S429. Each is linked with ASB5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB5-to-partner and partner-to-ASB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB5 versus SPEG_S2410 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
