ASB5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 790 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP9, ALG13, and KATNAL1. Each is linked with ASB5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB5-to-partner and partner-to-ASB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB5 versus RANBP9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
