ASB5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, MYH11, and ACC1. Each is linked with ASB5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB5-to-partner and partner-to-ASB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ASB5-low versus ASB5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
