ASB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,811 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PON3, PON1, and PDK4. Each is linked with ASB4 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB4-to-partner and partner-to-ASB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB4 versus PON3 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
