ASB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,132 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STXBP1_S594, SORBS1, and STXBP1. Each is linked with ASB4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB4-to-partner and partner-to-ASB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB4 versus STXBP1_S594 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
