ASB4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,277 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DENND3, SNRPC, and NAAA. Each is linked with ASB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB4-to-partner and partner-to-ASB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB4 versus DENND3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
