ASB4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,898 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD3-16, EXOGP1, and MIR892B. Each is linked with ASB4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB4-to-partner and partner-to-ASB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD3-16 grouped by ASB4-low versus ASB4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
