The most reproducible ASB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of synaptic vesicle priming, Oxidative phosphorylation, and Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with ASB4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB4-to-partner and partner-to-ASB4 results are reported.
