ASB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,276 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, RO60, and RPS6. Each is linked with ASB3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB3-to-partner and partner-to-ASB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB3 versus HNRNPLL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
