ASB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,060 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD11, CPNE6, and MT4. Each is linked with ASB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB2-to-partner and partner-to-ASB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB2 versus KCTD11 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.92.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
