ASB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,421 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRIP1P4, SNORD116-6, and EEF1A1P39. Each is linked with ASB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB2-to-partner and partner-to-ASB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRIP1P4 grouped by ASB2-low versus ASB2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
