ASB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSTN, USP17L8, and PDHA2. Each is linked with ASB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB2-to-partner and partner-to-ASB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSTN grouped by ASB2-low versus ASB2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
