ASB18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB18-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad3, JNK2, and NDRG1_pT346. Each is linked with ASB18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB18-to-partner and partner-to-ASB18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smad3 grouped by ASB18-low versus ASB18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
