ASB18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASB18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB18-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC12, OPN1MW3, and IL9. Each is linked with ASB18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB18-to-partner and partner-to-ASB18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC12 grouped by ASB18-low versus ASB18-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
