ASB16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,424 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF830, VEZF1, and LUC7L3. Each is linked with ASB16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB16-to-partner and partner-to-ASB16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB16 versus ZNF830 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
