Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASB13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ASB13 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ASB13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASB13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where ASB13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
