ASB13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,546 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJB11, SDF2L1, and PKP4. Each is linked with ASB13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB13-to-partner and partner-to-ASB13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
