ASB12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASB12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,428 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR8, ZC4H2, and ZC3H12B. Each is linked with ASB12 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB12-to-partner and partner-to-ASB12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
