Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASB11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ASB11 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ASB11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASB11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ASB11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
