ASB11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,113 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, DES_S432, and AIMP2. Each is linked with ASB11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB11-to-partner and partner-to-ASB11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASB11 versus CNRIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
