Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASB10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ASB10 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ASB10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASB10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.

ACC, HNSC, and BRCA are the cancer types where ASB10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
