Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASB10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 190 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of alpha-beta T cell proliferation, Mitochondrial tRNA modification, and Mitochondrial tRNA processing. Each is linked with ASB10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB10-to-partner and partner-to-ASB10 results are reported.
