Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASB10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L1, LIM2, and TSPAN16. Each is linked with ASB10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB10-to-partner and partner-to-ASB10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L1 grouped by ASB10-low versus ASB10-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
