Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,600 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ASAP3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP3 results are reported.
