ASAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGK2, S100A12, and BPIFC. Each is linked with ASAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGK2 grouped by ASAP3-low versus ASAP3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
