ASAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,330 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASAP2_S701, ASAP2_S712, and CD74. Each is linked with ASAP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASAP2 versus ASAP2_S701 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
