ASAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,729 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGB1BP1, EIF1P7, and MBOAT2. Each is linked with ASAP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASAP2 versus ITGB1BP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
