ASAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, eIF4E, and PRDX1. Each is linked with ASAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ASAP2-low versus ASAP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
