ASAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 248 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABRA, SLCO6A1, and PNLIP. Each is linked with ASAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABRA grouped by ASAP2-low versus ASAP2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
