ASAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,046 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGSM3, TUBB6, and C1S. Each is linked with ASAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASAP1 versus SGSM3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
