ASAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,406 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS1, SNAI1, and DENND3. Each is linked with ASAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASAP1 versus GAS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
