ASAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM225, SYNJ1, and DONSON. Each is linked with ASAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM225 grouped by ASAP1-low versus ASAP1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
